Tips on being a programmer

Being a programmer is not an easy task.  Dealing with bugs becomes your daily shit! But if you are passionate about it then nothing else matters.

I am not writing matras which you can follow to become a good programmer but the idea is to collate a list of tips which would make programming fun and create an eternal elation out of it.

• Name variables and functions appropriately

• Write useful comments
• Delete unusual code
• Learn to read code
• Keep learning Dont give up
• Take tasks that scare you
• Clarify requirements before starting

• Examine all solutions before jumping in
• Find your niche
• Learn to debug
• Exercise your current skills
• Understand the why
• Know your worth
• Dont be afraid to ask for help
• Take breaks
• Track your progress
• Review your own code
• Stay curious
• Have passion projects
•  Solve real time problems
• Learn techniques, not tools
